SHIPPING:
We try to send all orders within 24 hours of fufilling them (All products are made to order). If there is a sale, it could be longer due to the volume of orders.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered, we will not send another one if you say it was not received.
If your order was returned back to us due to a bad address, we will re-ship your order once after confirming a new address.
EXCHANGES:
Items must be in original packaging, unused and in brand new condition for the exchange to be accepted.
Items may be exchanged within one week of customer receiving the shipment.
RETURN POLICY:
You may return unused, in brand new condition items within one week of customer receiving the shipment, for a full refund.
The refund will not include any shipping charges.
